1. BBQ Lamb Chops with watermelon salad

Meat lovers and summer BBQ fans unite, this one’s for you!

Take a tasty lamb rack, trim it into eight chops, and get ready for a beautifully seasoned, instant BBQ favourite. Best cooked alongside a Knorr lamb cube.

Then, as an added surprise, throw in a watermelon salad that will have everyone reminiscing about their childhood years and all the summer nights with watermelon dessert.

2. Prawn & Avocado Salad with spiced tomato dressing

What’s better than some peeled king prawns, we hear you ask?

Well, some celery stalks, avocado cubes (with lemon drizzle)… and a Knorr fish cube, of course!

Don’t forget some rucola to serve the whole thing in style, and get ready for a healthy fried fish dish that’s as green as it is delicious.

Vegans, assemble!

Munch on this burger with a difference that boasts sweet potatoes, red onions, chilies, sweetcorn, coriander, polenta, plant-based yoghurt, honey… and a bread bun to close it all off in healthy style.

Knorr’s vegetable cube is an important addition here, because of course.

This French favourite has leeks, crème fraîche, green marrow, tomato paste, and a whole lot of Mediterranean veg which will satisfy any vegetarian.

The added twist? Tasty pancakes! If you think this sounds tasty, you’re right. And hey, it even looks the part too.

Don’t forget that Knorr vegetable stock pot to bring it all home!

5. Miso Salmon with ginger noodles

Malta’s always had a delicious relationship with fish, and we sure love our salmon. This dish is aimed squarely at that passion, adding a yummy helping of ginger noodles to the mix.

Green peppers, leeks, garlic, spinach, smoked paprika… this one’s a sure winner even before the brown miso paste comes in to add that exotic touch.

But beyond the tasty online recipes, Knorr and Chef Sean Gravina also collaborated to serve 200 meals to families who are sliding into poverty.

Now more than ever, families are being socially excluded and thrown into even more dire situations than they already were. Thankfully, NGOs like the St Jeanne Antide Foundation are there to help these families facing difficulties… and that’s where Knorr and Sean Gravina came in to help.

Mid-July saw Knorr donating 194 cooked pasta meals to St Jeanne Antide as part of their corporate social responsibility programme with the beloved Gravina.

“Often, we forget how life can throw curveballs at us and put us in unthinkable situations where we are unable to provide for our families without the help of NGO’s such as the St Jeanne Antide Foundation,” Gravina, who is also Knorr’s Brand Ambassador, said of the situation. “It’s a pleasure to be associated with brands like Knorr who care about those who may be passing through difficult periods, and seek ways to help wherever possible.”

“Thank you Knorr Malta for your social solidarity day and for selecting our NGO to share it with,” the foundation said on Facebook, sharing photos from the day’s awesome initiative.
