Seventy-Year Old Man Becomes 39th COVID-19 Patient To Die In Malta

A 70-year old man with COVID-19 has passed away, making him the 39th coronavirus-related death in Malta.

The patient had tested positive for the virus on 29th September and was taken to Mater Dei that same day.

He passed away at Mater Dei Hospital earlier today.

Health Authorities said that the patient had underlying health conditions.
