85-Year-Old Man Becomes Malta’s 14th Patient To Die Of COVID-19

An 85-year-old COVID-19 patient has died early this morning, Ministry of Health confirmed.

The elderly man tested positive for coronavirus on 26th August and was hospitalised on 1st September after his condition deteriorated.

He died early this morning in Mater Dei’s intensive care unit.

The 85-year-old has become Malta’s 14th COVID-19 death.
