A superb self-help book written by a Maltese clinical therapist has been released as an e-book with superstar Tom Hanks’ support – and it’s all in aid of the Richmond Foundation.

Common Sense, by Dr Edward Curmi, will now be available for you to download for a small €1 donation which will then go towards helping the Foundation in their efforts to better mental health in Malta.

Not only that but to celebrate its launch, Richmond Foundation and Curmi will be giving out three hard copies of the book signed by superstar actor Tom Hanks, who himself has often referred to mental health issues in his work.

Curmi explained why he wanted to donate the book and proceedings to the mental health institution.

“It’s a self-help book, so its power is to make people aware that they can really help themselves especially in such challenging times. The power of ones own thoughts has never been more true to us than ever,” he told Lovin Malta.

If you’d like to get your own copy of Common Sense and be in the running to win a signed hard copy, just follow this link and follow the instructions there.
