Brooke Borg’s Brother Has Longbottomed In The Most Glorious Of Ways And We Simply Can’t Look Away
Remember Brooke & Brendan from Malta’s Junior Eurosong 2003? The siblings took to stage with their original track Like a Butterfly and absolutely tore up the stage.
Brooke made her own imprint on the local music scene following their performance, but her brother has now caught our attention for a whole other reason.
Are you familiar with the term longbottoming? Basically, it was a term coined by the masses after Matthew Lewis (who played Neville Longbottom in the Harry Potter film saga) appeared to bloom into adulthood right before our eyes as the film series progressed.
To give an example of what longbottoming looks like, we’ll take a look at Neville’s actor before and after the collectively accepted glow up.

So, where does Brendan Borg fit into all of this?
This is Brendan, year 2003, rocking some fiery frosted tips and spitting the hottest bars at the time. It was 2003, so give him some credit.
Sixteen years on from that ordeal, this is Brendan now:
Gone are the blonde gelled spikes, velcro flat-cap and gangsta posture. Here to stay: absolute thirst.
And look, he’s even been hitting the iron with one of the island’s top names in Private Training: Leslie Spiteri.

Sometimes you just gotta praise the old hormone monster for the marvellous work he does. Other times, you look in the mirror and realise you’re a walking bowl of custard and should not be let out into public. But hey, at least we have another local personality to gawk at.
